At Sigla Furniture, every piece is a unique creation, meticulously custom-made and crafted specifically for your order. Due to this bespoke nature, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and production has begun.
Damage During Transit: We take utmost care in packaging and shipping your furniture. However, in the rare event that your item arrives damaged during transit, it is crucial that the customer files a claim directly with the freight forwarder. Thorough inspection upon delivery is highly recommended.
The Sigla Guarantee: Our commitment to exceptional quality means we stand behind every piece we build. Should any issue arise from normal wear and tear within one year of delivery, we will proudly repair your furniture. This is our promise of enduring craftsmanship – the Sigla Guarantee.
