Our customer satisfaction is our first priority, and to ensure that your order/shipment is delivered in its perfect state at your doorstep, your order is packaged with extra care and inspected individually to ensure the maximum possible quality of your delivered product.
However, if any item is delivered in less than perfect condition, or is noticeably damaged in shipping, you will only be able to return the item at the moment of delivery when the packagings are available.
Once the delivery drivers leave, we will be unable to accept returns, as the delivery team will dispose of all of the packaging materials. It is advised that you notice any minor/major defects such as tears and mention them in the delivery paperwork before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD).
